The online ballot for the 2008 Hugo Awards is now available at: http://vote.anticipationsf.ca. All mail-in ballots must be postmarked by June 26, 2009. All votes (Both mail-in and electronic) must be received by midnight (2359hrs.) Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) July 3. Only attending and supporting members of Anticipation are eligible to vote. If you are not already a member, consult http://anticipationsf.ca/English/Membership for more information on becoming one. Both attending and supporting members have the right to vote for the Hugo Awards and in Worldcon Site Selection for 2011.

The Hugo Award, first presented in 1953, celebrates the best in the field of science fiction and fantasy. Recipients are chosen by members of the World Science Fiction Society (WSFS). The Hugos are presented each year at the World Science Fiction Convention.



Les bulletins de vote en ligne pour les Prix Hugo 2008 sont maintenant disponibles à : http://vote.anticipationsf.ca/fr. Tous les bulletins envoyés par la poste doivent avoir été envoyés le 26 juin 2009 au plus tard, le cachet postal en faisant foi. Tous les bulletins (papier et électroniques) doivent avoir été reçus avant Minuit (23H59) Heure Avancée de l’Est, le 3 juillet. Seuls les membres http://anticipationsf.ca/Fran%e7ais/Inscriptionssupportants et participants d’Anticipation sont éligibles pour voter. Si vous n’êtes pas déjà membre, consultez pour plus d’information sur la façon de le devenir. Les participations de Support et Sur Place donnent toutes deux le droit de voter pour les Prix Hugo et la sélection du site du Worldcon de 2011.

Les Prix Hugo, présentés pour la première fois en 1953, célèbrent les meilleurs dans le domaine de la science fiction et du fantastique. Les lauréats sont choisis par les membre la World Science Fiction Society (WSFS). Les Prix Hugo sont présentés chaque année au Congrès Mondial de Science Fiction (Worldcon).
