tour of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) / visite de l'Agence Spatiale Canadienne (ASC)

Anticipation has arranged for a tour of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) for the morning of the 11 August 2009. We will arrange for a bus to take members to the CSA - departing from outside the Delta Centre-Ville at 9am. To cover the cost of the bus hire we are asking members to go on the tour to pay $20CDN. These monies will be collected at the convention, there will be a cash box for this purpose at the information desk.

The CSA has asked us to provide a list of people who will be going on the CSA tour along with the passport numbers of anyone who is not a Canadian citizen. We need to provide this information to the CSA by the 1 August 2009 (at the latest).

This also means that we can only accept names for the tour by noon of 31 July 2009 (12:00pm EDT).

Anticipation a organisé une visite de l'Agence Spatiale Canadienne (ASC) pour le matin du 11 août 2009. Un autobus assurera le transport pour ceux qui participeront à cette excursion. Il partira de l'hôtel Delta Centre-Ville, à 9H00. Pour couvrir le coût du transport par autobus, nous demandons à ceux qui participent à l'excursion de payer 20 $ CAD. Ce paiement sera perçu au congrès, au bureau des informations.

L'ASC nous a demandé de fournir une liste des personnes des participants avec les numéros de passeport de toute personne qui n'est pas un citoyen(ne) canadien(ne). Nous avons besoin de fournir cette information à l'ASC avant le 1er août 2009.

Par conséquent, nous ne pouvons pas accepter de noms pour l'excursion après midi, Heure Avancée de l'Est, le 31 juillet 2009.
